 Position Overview

Location: Horsham, PA – In-Office | Hybrid available after introductory period 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

The Accounts Payable Admin Assistant will support the Finance Department by managing daily accounts payable tasks. This role involves processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely credit applications. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable group email with clear, professional communication

  • Process drop-ship invoices through two-way matching

  • Ensure all incoming credits are processed with complete accuracy

  • Rename, reorganize, and update POs/invoices to maintain organization

  • Communicate accurate information with internal stakeholders

  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

  • Support the Accounts Payable team with various administrative tasks

  • Provide backup support for other accounting functions as required

  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounts payable processes

✅ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role

  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Proficient in Google Suite

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures

  • Proficiency with SAP or similar accounting software

  • Strong data entry skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
