Hybrid Schedule - 2 Days per week from home
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Qualifications & Requirements:
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
Serve as a main point of contact for employee and labor relations concerns
Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organizations long-term mission and goals; identify ways to support this mission through talent management, to attract, retain and motivate the workforce

Set, enforce and evaluate human resources policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degrees in Human Resources or related field
- Masters Degree and/or professional certification (SHRM-CP/PHR) preferred
- 5+ years in a Human Resources Leadership role
- Hands-on employee and labor relations experience
- Experience in Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, Organizational Change Management, Legal Compliance, HRIS, amongst others.
