Work Schedule & Availability (Must Read)
Because our showroom is open seven days a week, this position requires specific availability to ensure our production goals are met daily.

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Ecommerce Photographer to join our production team. Please note: This is not an artistic photography role. While a good eye is appreciated, this position is focused on volume, consistency, and operational speed.
Your primary goal is to accurately document a high volume of inventory items per day to get them online and ready for sale. You will work within a strict set of operational procedures to ensuring that every item—whether a dining chair or a large armoire—is photographed clearly, honestly, and quickly.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Output: Photograph a set target of items per day (furniture, lighting, decor) using standard angles and lighting setups. Speed and efficiency are the top priority.
Operational Compliance: Strictly follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for file naming, image framing, and uploading. Consistency is key to our workflow.
Equipment Handling: Operate a DSLR camera and basic lighting equipment. You must be able to troubleshoot basic camera settings (ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed) to ensure clear, well-lit images.
Product Handling & Teamwork: Assist the warehouse team in staging items. This involves physically moving, lifting, and positioning furniture to get the right shot.
Quality Control: Review images immediately after capture to ensure they meet clarity standards before moving to the next item, reducing the need for reshoots.
Attendance & Reliability: This is a production-based role where the team relies on your daily output. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential requirements.
Who You Are
Process-Driven: You enjoy finding a rhythm and sticking to a workflow. You don't need to "reinvent the wheel" with every shot; you prefer clear guidelines.
Team Player: You are willing to step in and help move a sofa, adjust a backdrop, or assist a colleague. You communicate clearly and respectfully with warehouse staff and management.
Physically Active: You are comfortable being on your feet all day and lifting/maneuvering furniture items (50+ lbs) with assistance.
Reliable: You take pride in showing up on time and hitting your daily goals.
Requirements
Working knowledge of DSLR cameras: You know how to turn it on, adjust basic settings, and review photos. Advanced lighting or editing skills are not required.
No retouching required: This role focuses on capture. Post-processing is minimal or handled separately.
Ability to follow instructions: You can adhere to a specific style guide without deviation.
Strong work ethic: You are self-motivated to meet daily quotas without constant supervision.
Why Join Us?
Stable Work Environment: We are a busy, growing company with a constant stream of inventory.
Unique Inventory: You will see and handle some of the most interesting and beautiful furniture pieces in the region.
