Local CDL Driver | Dedicated Operations

We're currently seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated local operation based near North Hatfield, MA.

This full-time position offers daily home time, consistent freight, and scheduled routes throughout the Northeast. Drivers should be comfortable making deliveries within the New York City boroughs.

Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience required.

Compensation

• Average annual earnings: Approximately $110,000
• $50 daily attendance incentive (available for drivers who work all five scheduled days)
• $42 for each New York City borough delivery
• $45 for applicable lift gate deliveries
• Detention pay when eligible
• $20 per hour for required classroom safety training
• Weekly pay

Actual earnings vary based on routes, stops, and applicable compensation programs.

• Retail store deliveries
• Electric pallet jacks provided
• Assistance available during unloading
• Consistent year-round freight

Schedule

• Thursday through Monday or split days off with Sunday and Wednesday off
• Start time approximately 2:30 AM
• Additional workdays may be available based on operational needs

Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Have at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Be comfortable operating in the New York City boroughs, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island
• Be at least 21 years old
• Meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
• Be authorized to work in the United States
