Make an Impact Where Process Meets Purpose
At Paul Davis, we don’t just restore properties—we restore lives. Behind every successful project is a team that executes with precision, urgency, and accountability. We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in a structured environment, follows processes with discipline, and keeps operations running smoothly from start to finish.
If you’re someone who loves organization, holds a high standard for accuracy, and doesn’t let things fall through the cracks, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed correctly, completely, and on time by:
- Â Managing project workflows in alignment with established company processes and systemsÂ
- Â Maintaining accurate, real-time documentation across all project filesÂ
- Â Tracking project progress, identifying gaps, and escalating issues appropriatelyÂ
- Â Coordinating schedules for teams, subcontractors, equipment, and materialsÂ
- Â Communicating consistently with internal teams, clients, vendors, and insurance partnersÂ
- Â Monitoring timelines and ensuring all phases meet company standardsÂ
- Â Supporting cost tracking and ensuring documentation is complete and accurateÂ
- Â Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and insurance-related requirementsÂ
- Â Following escalation protocols for delays, discrepancies, or customer concernsÂ
- Â Identifying inefficiencies and supporting continuous process improvementÂ
- Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours needs as assigned
What You Bring
- Â A strong ability to follow structured processes and systems without cutting corners
- Â High attention to detail and commitment to accuracyÂ
- Â Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and on trackÂ
- Â Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholdersÂ
- Â Experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles (3+ years preferred)Â
- Â Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentÂ
- Â Experience in restoration, construction, or similar industries is a plusÂ
What Success Looks Like
- Â Projects are well-documented, organized, and audit-ready
-  Deadlines are met and issues are escalated early—not after the factÂ
- Â Teams and clients stay informed and alignedÂ
- Â Processes are followed consistently and improved over timeÂ
Why Join Paul Davis
- Â Be part of a company with a strong reputation and purpose-driven workÂ
- Â Opportunity to grow within a structured, process-focused environmentÂ
