We are looking for a Staff Field Technician to join out EST team in Hatfield!

Your Challenge

  • Under general supervision, assists in the maintenance of site/field equipment and/or the installation.
  • Rearrangement and removal of equipment and associated wiring at the customer site or at the company location.
  • This job may include any aspect of product field support, including system hardware and software, medical or laboratory devices and equipment, and systems networking.
  • Assists in the testing, moving, repair and adjustment of equipment problems associated with trouble reports and performs routine maintenance.
  • Performs client-site servicing, repair and/or installation of company product(s).
  • Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
  • Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures.
  • Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
  • Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.

What you Bring:

  • Previous experience in production.
  • Degree/diploma in Engineering (or a similar field) is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
