POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Assistant Manager assists in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through coordination of daily operations including clinical workflows, clinical staff training, and satisfaction of quality measures; maintains departmental supply needs and OSHA compliance.  The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Manager in the business and clinical operations of the department.  

 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • AND one of the following is required:
    • At least two (2) years of prior medical supervisory experience in a clinic setting, or,
    • Strongly prefer: Graduation certificate from an accredited school of nursing
      • If a nurse, current MS state licensure is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, preferred
  • Working knowledge of clinical workflows in an outpatient setting to provide superior patient care and assistance to physicians/providers, preferred
