POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cadence Training Specialist is responsible for assisting in training employees in Epic software and developing printed and electronic training material for new and existing employees. The Cadence Training Specialist will also become proficient in Microsoft Office software, achieve Epic certifications, perform site visits, and conduct classroom and individual training.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Education, Healthcare field, or related discipline, preferred
- In lieu of a degree, the equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- High level of motivation, professionalism, trustworthiness, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong people skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload
- It is required to receive one Epic certification (Cadence) within one year of hire, and a second certification within two years of hire - may require some travel
- Overtime may be required
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
