Driver - Patient Representatives

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Patient Representative will welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff at the entrance of the facility. This role plays a vital part in creating a positive first impression, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and assisting with wayfinding and basic inquiries.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• At least 21 years of age or older, required
• Valid driver's license, required
• Clean driving record, required
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Professional appearance
• Outgoing and pleasant personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deal with stressful and complicated situations with poise and precise decision-making skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to assist with lifting amounts of weight more than 100+lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day
• Constant lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or reaching, both overhead and at or below shoulder level
• Constant communication (including speaking and hearing) both face to face and over the phone

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with flexible hours for training purposes.
