With continued growth, we are looking for a Back Counter Parts Representative to support commercial vehicle parts sales to retail customers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Parts and sales support to retail customers Participate in company training programs for career development Assist with other parts initiatives as needed Pull and stage parts as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Automotive or Commercial Truck parts experience is desired Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR Must have a strong work ethic focused on serving and supporting our customers (internal and external) Basic understanding of computers and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications Must be self-motivated with the ability to build strong customer relationships Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must have the ability to work well within a team environment Previous Forklift experience is necessary May have to lift up to 50 pounds Aftermarket experience is a plus Benefits: Competitive Pay In-House Training Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Company paid Short-term and Long-term Disability Coverage 401(k) Retirement Plan Advancement Opportunities Empire Truck Sales promotes a safe and drug-free workplace.
