POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Annual Wellness Nurse is responsible for completing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare fee‑for‑service patients in a clinic setting. These visits are conducted annually, and the nurse may rotate among multiple clinic locations to meet patient needs. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with other clinic functions as needed. The Annual Wellness Nurse carries out all duties in alignment with the Mission and Values of Hattiesburg Clinic.

 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Graduation certificate from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program, required
  • Current MS state licensure, required
  • CPR, ACLS, and IV certifications, preferred

WORK SCHEDULE:  

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
