About the Role

 

We’re looking for dependable, hands on team members who take pride in keeping operations running safely, smoothly, and cleanly. As a Sanitation Operator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and safety of our production environment while helping us deliver products our customers trust.

  • Sanitizing production lines and equipment using approved chemicals and tools
  • Disassembling and reassembling machine parts for deep cleaning
  • Operating CIP systems and water systems
  • Keeping work areas—including floors, walls, docks, and common spaces—clean and organized
  • Monitoring machines during start up to ensure proper fill heights, seaming, and product quality
  • Removing defective product and keeping the line supplied with lids
  • Reporting equipment issues and completing required documentation
  • Supporting production as needed, including operating machines or driving forklifts
  • Following all safety, GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety guidelines
  • This role is essential to maintaining the high standards our customers expect—and we’ll give you the training you need to succeed.

What We're Looking For

  • Are at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have experience in manufacturing, food production, or high speed packaging (preferred, not required)
  • Are comfortable using cleaning chemicals and learning CIP processes
  • Can communicate clearly and follow established procedures
  • Have basic math skills and strong attention to detail
  • Can stand/walk for 12 hours and lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally)
  • Can bend, twist, reach overhead, and work at heights
  • Are able to work in warm environments (80°F+)
  • Can work overtime during busy periods
  • Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Experience with forklifts, floor scrubbers, Lockout/Tagout, or hand tools is a plus.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
