POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The System Analyst provides analytical, technical, and implementation support for the Electronic Health Record (EHR), with a primary focus on Ambulatory applications. This role translates clinical and operational requirements into effective EHR build solutions. Responsibilities include system upgrades, enhancement development, third‑party application support, testing, maintenance, and end‑user assistance. The analyst is also expected to maintain a working knowledge of Cogito reporting capabilities.

 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Degreein nursing, computer science, mathematics, health informatics, public health, natural science, or a related discipline, preferred
    • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of two (2) years of relevant healthcare experience may be considered
  • Working knowledge of an electronic health record (EHR) system and clinical workflows in an ambulatory setting required
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Current Epic certification or the ability to successfully complete and maintain certification
  • It is required to receive Epic certification within 6 months of hire and will require some travel
  • Overtime may be required

 


WORK SCHEDULE: 

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
