POSITION SUMMARY:
The Medical Laboratory Technician works under general supervision to perform moderate and highly complex laboratory procedures involving a high degree of independent judgment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program, including clinical training in an approved hospital-based MLT program, required
- No prior bench experience required
- Applies to technicians with fewer than three years of generalist experience
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferred
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
