Requirements

What You'll Do

As a Compression/Encapsulation Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical and vitamin products.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring advanced tablet compression and capsule-filling equipment.
Setting up, loading, and unloading production machinery.
Performing equipment checks and monitoring product quality throughout production runs.
Troubleshooting basic machine issues and communicating opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and performance.
Contributing to a culture of excellence, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Supporting the manufacture of products that positively impact consumers' health and wellness

Experience Levels

Operator I

0–2 years of compression or encapsulation experience.
Great opportunity to build specialized manufacturing skills.

Operator II

2–5 years of pharmaceutical or nutraceutical compression/encapsulation experience.
Ability to operate equipment independently and support production efficiency.

Operator III

7+ years of compression/encapsulation experience.
Advanced machine operation expertise and leadership within the production environment
