About the Role

We're looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to own the hiring process from start to finish, helping us bring on the talent that fuels our growth. You'll manage everything from job postings through offer acceptance, partnering closely with the Practice Managers and Human Resources Department to fill roles across our expanding network of locations. This is a Full Time, on-site position at our corporate office in Hauppauge, NY.

What You'll Do

  • Write and post job openings across job boards and career sites
  • Source and screen candidates to build a strong, qualified pipeline
  • Conduct phone screens to assess fit for open roles
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage candidates through the full hiring process, from application to offer
  • Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring pipeline data
  • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Move with urgency to keep open roles propelling forwards, communicating proactively with hiring managers and candidates alike so nothing stalls in the pipeline


What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a full cycle recruiter, ideally in healthcare or a medical practice setting
  • An understanding that recruiting is sales: you know how to sell candidates on the opportunity and sell hiring managers on strong talent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once
  • Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Experience with effective hiring practices and tools that drive high-quality hires, such as personality or skills assessments

This is a full-time, ONSITE position at our corporate location in Hauppauge, NY.

Compensation: $65,000-$90,000 based on experience.
