What to Expect

Briggs & Riley is one of the most awarded premium luggage brands in the world, trusted by discerning travelers and backed by our industry-leading Simple As That® lifetime guarantee.

We're looking for an exceptional Innovation Studio & Brand Experience Manager to oversee one of the most unique spaces in our organization—the Briggs & Riley Innovation Studio.

This isn't your typical operations or event management role.

You'll create memorable experiences for retailers, customers, partners, and employees by transforming our Innovation Studio into the home of product storytelling, immersive training, consumer insights, retailer engagement, digital appointments, and premium brand experiences.

If you're energized by creating exceptional experiences, obsessed with the details, and love bringing people together around an incredible brand, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but you'll spend your time:

Own the Innovation Studio Experience

  • Lead the daily operation of our Innovation Studio, ensuring it always reflects the premium Briggs & Riley brand
  • Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, product readiness, and hospitality standards
  • Coordinate seasonal product updates, fixture changes, and room transitions for meetings, trainings, and events

Create Memorable Brand Experiences

  • Plan and execute retailer immersion sessions, retailer roundtables, consumer focus groups, internal trainings, and special events
  • Coordinate every detail—from scheduling and room setup to product presentation, hospitality, materials, note-taking, and follow-up
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and Visual Merchandising to deliver engaging experiences that strengthen our brand

Manage Digital Experiences

  • Coordinate virtual product presentations and digital appointments
  • Ensure professional presentation standards, lighting, product setup, and technology
  • Track CRM activity, appointment outcomes, and key engagement metrics

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Keep the Innovation Studio functioning as a living showcase for new products, merchandising ideas, and customer experiences
  • Analyze Studio utilization and program performance while identifying opportunities to enhance the experience
  • Help shape how retailers, customers, and employees experience Briggs & Riley

What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 5-10 years of experience in premium retail, hospitality, experiential marketing, training, brand experience, event operations, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Confidence interacting with retailers, customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • An eye for merchandising, presentation, and premium brand experiences.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, scheduling systems, or operational software.
  • Comfort presenting products in both in-person and virtual environments.
