Maxxima is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to support our distribution team in Hauppauge, NY. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped while supporting inventory and receiving operations.

Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Work Hours: Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy
Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify quantities
Operate warehouse equipment including RF/Zebra scanners and pallet jacks
Organize and restock products to maintain accurate inventory levels
Support shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Follow all safety procedures and operational standards

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of warehouse, shipping & receiving, or order picking experience preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick, pack, and verify orders
Dependable, consistent team player able to work independently and collaboratively
Able to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency
Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication and safety
Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
Basic computer skills required
Forklift certification a plus
