Job Title: Night Shift Shift Production Supervisor

Summary
The Production Supervisor will oversee all operations of the plant from production to ensure policies and procedures are followed, including, safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
Essential Functions
- Communicate with team leaders daily/weekly as needed. And maintain good working relationships with all company personnel to best promote the company.
- Manage the regular responsibilities of plant personnel including directing work, disciplining when required, conducting performance reviews, training employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
- Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Promote a team environment through active engagement.
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping as much as possible.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
- Commit to plant safety procedures.
- Address and be respectable to employees’ concerns
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
- Train employees to always keep workplace clean and those tools are very costly and should be stowed away at the end of each workday.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
Required: High School diploma or the equivalent.
Experience Requirements
Required: 3 years in Precast Concrete.
