The Opportunity

Join our team as an Ophthalmic Scribe/Technician! You’ll play a key role in the patient experience—assisting providers, performing eye tests, documenting exams, and ensuring every patient receives exceptional care.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare charts/EMRs and exam rooms
  • Record patient history, testing results, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Perform eye tests (visual acuity, tonometry, dilation, OCT, etc.)
  • Assist physicians during exams and minor procedures
  • Maintain equipment and manage patient flow
  • Ensure infection control and confidentiality at all times

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3+ years in an ophthalmic or medical setting
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Experience as a Medical Scribe or Ophthalmic Technician (COA/COT) preferred
  • Knowledge of ocular pharmacology a plus
  • Friendly, dependable, and adaptable team player
