Position Responsibilities:
Manage a group of finance analysts and/or finance managers to support multiple business areas. Oversee a team of finance professionals who design complex financial models for evaluating new products or features, measure and report on business performance by creating key performance indicators, and develop financial forecasts and report actual financial performance against those plans. Identify and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the health of this business. Evaluate new products and new features of current products and determine their financial impact. Partner with the Business Development team and Business executives to evaluate new business proposals and build related models. Partner with and earn the trust of business executives. Hire and develop a team of finance professionals.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $157,582/year to $207,000/year.

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Analyst or other related occupation. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
