Must have a little Domino's pizza experience already. Starts at $14 an hour and work your way up. Are you ready to take charge and lead a team to success? We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Shift Runner to join our dynamic team in Hawthorne, United States. As a Shift Runner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during your assigned shifts, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and motivating your team to achieve our goals.

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety protocols
  • Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Manage inventory, cash handling, and cost control measures
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to optimize productivity
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving store performance
  • Adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and enforce team member and food safety protocols
  • Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions
  • Must be 18 of age or older
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (preferred)
