In this position, you'll support clients as they plan vacations by providing personalized guidance, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring every step of the planning process is completed smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, budgets, and vacation goals

  • Recommend customized travel options based on each client's interests and expectations
  • Coordinate reservations, itinerary planning, and travel-related services through approved booking platforms
  • Prepare and distribute travel confirmations, itineraries, travel documents, and important departure information
  • Assist clients with booking modifications, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special accommodation requests
  • Review travel reservations and supporting documentation to help ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Keep clients informed with timely updates and responsive communication throughout the planning process
  • Maintain organized client profiles, reservation records, and communication history using company systems
  • Utilize preferred supplier resources and company tools to provide exceptional client support
  • Continue developing your travel knowledge through supplier education, destination training, and professional development opportunities
