Job Description

• Production Accuracy
  • Assemble wall panels and trusses accurately. 
    
• Your Tools 
  • Accurately read a tape measure and other measuring tools
    
  • Need to have knowledge of use of pneumatic tools, including but not limited to air and staple guns.
• Assist Others 
  • Effectively communicate with employees, managers, and customers and assist wherever needed. 
• Safety
  • Safely use various small hand tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.
  • Maintain a safe environment when operating manufacturing machines.
  • All required personal protective equipment must be worn to maintain a safe working environment.
• Facility Cleanliness 
  • Maintain clean & organize shop.
  • Keep things picked up in yard and building to maintain cleanliness, including wrappers, banding, etc., and general housekeeping
  • Sort and organize various components for the assembly process.
