ON CALL Unarmed Retail Security (Multiple Locations)

Overview:

IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations across the BAY AREA / SACREMENTO AREA. We are seeking ON CALL Armed & Unarmed guards who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence. You will be a part of a 5–10-man team to ensure NO shifts are left open.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety
• Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior
• Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policies
• Respond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports
• Work closely with store management and IPS leads.

Requirements:

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
• Valid Exposed Firearm Permit (Required for Armed Positions)
• Reliable Transportation
• Strong Communication and Professionalism
• Ability to stand/walk for extended period
• TEAMWORK

Schedule & Availability:

• Reliable Transportation is required
• Work with Area Manager and coverage team to ensure NO OPEN SHIFTS
• Must be open to varied schedules based on client needs

Compensation:

• Competitive Hourly Pay (Based on experience and Licensing)

Unarmed: $24/hr

Armed: $33/hr
