Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!


Position: Porter

Location: Hayward Sr. Village, Our 151 unit community. Located in Hayward, CA

 

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-3 months of related experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
  • Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
  • Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
  • Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth


Qualifications:

  • Education
    • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience
    • 1-3 months of related experience preferred
    • Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
