EAST BAY Retail Security (Unarmed & Armed)

Overview:

IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations across the EAST BAY. We are seeking both Unarmed and Armed guards who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety
• Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior
• Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policies
• Respond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports
• Work closely with store management and IPS leads.

Requirements:

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
• Valid Exposed Firearm Permit (Required for Armed Positions)
• Reliable Transportation
• Strong Communication and Professionalism
• Ability to stand/walk for extended period

Schedule & Avaibility:

• Weekend availability is required
• Flex Shifts available (part-time, full-time and on-call)
• Must be open to varied schedules based on client needs

Unarmed: $20 - $24/hr

Armed: $28 - $33/hr
