We are looking for a warehouse associates to join our team and support the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate material movement, inventory handling, and process adherence across our company. 

We are currently filling two critical functions within the warehouse team:

Receiving Specialist

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage according to company standards.
  • Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure correct quantities and specifications.
  • Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all received materials using inventory management systems and manual logs.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to properly store received goods and update inventory status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during the receiving process.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, procurement, and production teams to facilitate timely receipt of materials.
  • Assist in periodic inventory audits and support continuous improvement initiatives related to receiving operations.


Kitting and Inventory

  • Daily kitting of work orders (counting and bagging parts)
  • Identify and mark materials
  • Maintain Bin Locations, Lot, and Serial Numbers
  • Data entry of kit sheets
  • Disposition of materials returned to stock

 

 Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be in a stationary position; move within the facilities, constantly operate machining equipment and tools, inspect surroundings and equipment, occasionally ascends/descends a ladder, communicate with others, detect odors, and transport equipment up to 40+ pounds


Work Environment: High noise level associated with a manufacturing facility
