 Location: Union Springs, NY
 Job Type: Full-Time (30–40+ hours/week) & Part-Time (under 30 hours/week)
 Pay Rate: $16.50/hour + Tips
Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight (Shifts Vary)
LakeSide Entertainment is hiring Floor Attendants / Cage Cashiers to join our friendly, fast-paced team. Located in Union Springs, we offer the excitement of Class II video gaming in a smaller, more personal environment where team members and guests truly connect.
What You’ll Do
• Monitor and maintain gaming machines (load paper, minor repairs, reset machines)
 • Participate in manual jackpot payouts following company policy
 • Complete accurate documentation of cash and transaction records
 • Assist guests with all transactions while delivering red carpet customer service
 • Protect company assets, including cash and vouchers
 • Handle large sums of money with precision and accountability
 • Perform minor maintenance and ensure machine functionality
 • Maintain regular attendance and uphold a professional appearance
 • Communicate clearly with guests and coworkers to support smooth operations
 • Contribute to a fun, secure, and welcoming gaming environment
What We’re Looking For
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1+ year of customer service experience (required)
• 1+ year of cash handling experience (required)
• Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a gaming license (provided at no cost)
 • Reliable transportation
 • Able to pass a drug test
 • Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment
 • Able to stand for 6+ hours and lift up to 40 pounds
 • Flexible availability including late nights, weekends, and holidays
 • High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
 • Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a positive attitude

Typical Shifts
• Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight
 • 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts depending on need

 • Monday to Sunday, including holidays (closed Christmas & Thanksgiving)
 • Weekend availability required
