Job Description Summary

The Program

Par Health offers an 11-week internship program designed to provide an immersive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Par Health Intern, you’ll have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study. This program allows you to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world corporate setting while building valuable connections through networking opportunities across the organization.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The PMO/Performance reporting IT Intern is a technical position in the Information Technology department. This position will work with leadership to define and implement key performance metrics. This position will build dashboards and reporting to support IT department processes. The position is part of the PMO team responsible for strategy, program/project and financial management

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Document requirements and create mockups of proposed dashboards/reports.
  • Assist with definition, collection, preparation, aggregation and harmonization of data.
  • Develop reporting and visualizations.
  • Analyze trends, propose actions and track actions from KPIs.
  • Participate in regular PMO meetings and provide other support as defined by leader.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, etc.
 

Skills/Competencies:

  • Technical Proficiency – Strong Excel skills, familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau
  • Knowledge - Basic understanding of business and IT terms
  • Analytical Abilities - Problem-solving skills including working collaboratively with others; ability to interpret data, identify trends and solve routine problems.
  • Communication skills - Clear verbal & written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
