Mid-Level Government Training Proposal Integrator

Boeing Global Services is seeking aĀ Mid-level Government Training Proposal IntegratorĀ to join the Vertical Lift Training Team, inĀ Hazelwood, MO.  This position will support Proposal Integration activities in Government Training (GT) supporting the AH-64, AH-6, MH-139, and CH-47 platforms.

You will coordinate,Ā monitor, and integrate proposal activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, supportĀ equipmentĀ and facilities.

Additionally, you will trackĀ support engineering data development and gatherĀ thatĀ data for estimates in support of proposal activities. You will also develop processes and support activities to ensure procedures are implemented, documented and are current.Ā

In this role, you will support the establishment of processes to develop andĀ maintainĀ support products and engineering data. The ideal candidate will haveĀ strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ā 

Position Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Develop GT proposal project plans consistent with projectĀ objectivesĀ as defined by stakeholders andĀ in accordance withĀ accepted project management standardsĀ 

  • CoordinateĀ proposal schedule and milestones, enforce process compliance, coordinate stakeholderĀ reviewsĀ and ensure proposal deliverables and approvalsĀ 

  • Coordinate proposal planning, technical reviews whenĀ required, provide liaison between members of the integrated business team,Ā facilitate, when necessary, GT estimating kickoffs and status meeting, and coordinate with Contracts and Pricing and Program ManagementĀ 

  • Ensure individuals are evaluating the identified tasks to the baseline proposal scheduleĀ 

  • IdentifyĀ necessary proposal elements and ensureĀ appropriate functionalĀ and programmatic representation during proposal developmentĀ 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)Ā 

  • 3+ years of experience in project management and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously

  • 3+ years of experience in integratedĀ logisticsĀ supportĀ 

  • 3+ years of experience working inĀ aĀ team environment and communicating clearly with both internal and external stakeholdersĀ 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Ā 

  • 3+ years of experience with Proposal managementĀ 

  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contractsĀ 

  • Experience in Contracts, Estimating, Finance or Program ManagementĀ 

  • Experience with Vertical Lift platformsĀ 

  • Familiarity withĀ Government trainingĀ Ā
