Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive WOS efforts in the North Eastern USA to promote and pursue of new business opportunities for the newly incorporated product line
  • Promote and develop a culture of superior service quality to support customer needs and relations
  • Fully compliant with ISO and API QHSE standards and work methods
  • Ensure that service quality is maintained during operations
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships and required to perform sales calls when necessary
  • Required to work at the shop
  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations as well as company and industry standards
  • Make up and break down downhole tools at the shop
  • Ensure all job procedures are followed
  • Be in direct contact with District Manager to ensure jobs are completed with the highest degree of service quality
  • Provide feedback to Shop Manager on tool performance
  • Ensure all reporting requirements are done in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Mount, install, align, and secure tools
  • Operation Monitoring
  • Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
  • Stop machines to remove finished work pieces or to change tooling
  • Conduct inspections of products, or process to evaluate quality or performance
