This role involves leading a team of electricians, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of electricians in performing installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. - Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. - Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and safety. - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate electrical work with overall project needs and timelines. - Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. - Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices. - Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including maintenance logs, project documentation, and compliance reports. - Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for ongoing and upcoming projects. - Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide expert solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations. - Participate in budget planning and manage expenses related to electrical projects and maintenance activities. Things we offer:  Steady Pay, Benefits Program, 401k Program, Minimum Travel, Incentive Pay (if qualified), Shift Differential Pay (if qualified), Set Schedules and more....    QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical work preferred. - 5 years of verifiable previous on the job training maybe substituted for program or vocational training.  Required Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician, with a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical systems. - Proven experience in leading and managing a team of electricians on large-scale projects. - Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and control systems. Required Skills and Abilities: - Comprehensive knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and supervise a team. - Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment. - Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Must be able to read, write, and speak English - Must be able to walk and climb ladders and perform work on heights over 6 foot off the ground with safety gear.  - Must be able to work 12 hours shifts up to approximately 60 hours per week.  - Must be willing to work day shift or night shift if needed.  - Must be willing to work weekends for on-call events or planned maintenance.
