The Notcher Stacker is responsible for operating machinery and handling materials in a safe and effective manner to support the company's production goals. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor notching and stacking machinery to ensure optimal performance and output. - Inspect cutstock materials for quality and consistency, identifying any defects or issues that need to be addressed. - Stack and organize materials according to specified guidelines and production schedules. - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and address any production challenges. - Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. - Maintain accurate records of production output and any equipment issues for reporting purposes. - Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures as needed.
