This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assemblers play a key role in transforming raw materials into finished products by following detailed work instructions, using hand tools and machinery, and performing quality checks throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities Assemble mat products and components according to specifications and work instructions Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Measure, cut, align, and position materials for proper assembly Maintain accurate production records and report defects or inconsistencies Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Meet daily production goals and deadlines Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and efficiency Perform basic equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished mats for shipment (These responsibilities reflect common assembler duties such as assembling parts, inspecting quality, maintaining workspaces, and meeting production targets.
