This is a key production role responsible for managing the steady flow of logs into the mill. If you’re confident operating heavy equipment and thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment, this opportunity is for you. Your precision and awareness will directly impact production efficiency, safety, and overall mill performance.   Position Summary The Tilt Hoist Operator is responsible for operating the tilt hoist system to safely and efficiently feed logs onto the infeed deck for processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with other departments, and the ability to maintain smooth production flow throughout the shift.
