About the Role

Voltage is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment and facility systems in our manufacturing operation. In this role, you will play a critical part in minimizing downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting safe, efficient production.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, install, and commission new production equipment in partnership with vendors.

  • Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment including crimp presses, cutters, and testers.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

  • Maintain facility systems such as compressed air, HVAC, lighting, and electrical panels.

  • Document maintenance activities and work orders in CMMS systems (SAP PM or similar).

  • Support equipment calibration and validation activities with Quality teams.

  • Respond to equipment failures and production line-down events with urgency.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (motors, sensors, basic PLCs).

  • Ability to read electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.

  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) experience required.

  • Experience maintaining crimp presses (Schleuniger, Komax, Artos) preferred.

  • PLC experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and industrial electrical certifications preferred.

  • Experience installing new equipment in manufacturing or startup environments preferred.

  • Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP PM or similar).

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
