About the Role

Voltage is seeking an experienced PMC (Production Planning and Materials Control) Manager to lead and execute the full Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle within a rapidly scaling manufacturing operation. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role serves as the key link between customer demand, production planning, and material execution. You will drive end-to-end alignment across supply chain, production, and logistics to ensure efficient operations, strong delivery performance, and scalable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the full S&OP cycle, including demand planning, supply planning, and capacity alignment.

  • Translate customer demand and capacity plans into actionable production schedules.

  • Maintain rolling forecasts and align planning activities with global operations.

  • Lead capacity planning and identify constraints across labor, equipment, and materials.

  • Manage production scheduling, order release, and schedule adherence tracking in ERP systems.

  • Drive daily schedule attainment and lead recovery actions for production shortfalls.

  • Oversee MRP execution, including planned orders, shortages, and exception management.

  • Establish inventory strategies including safety stock, reorder points, and inventory turns.

  • Ensure material readiness and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.

  • Own on-time delivery performance and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics activities.

  • Manage international material flow and support import/export coordination.

  • Lead cross-functional planning meetings and align stakeholders across Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

  • Build and develop the PMC team, including planners and material coordinators.

  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and planning models to support decision-making.

  • Partner with leadership on operational reviews, forecasts, and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in production planning, materials management, or supply chain.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a planning or PMC-related role.

  • Experience owning or contributing to an S&OP process.

  • Strong ERP experience (SAP Business One, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Proven experience with MRP, production scheduling (MPS), and inventory control.

  • Advanced Excel skills including modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysis.

  • Track record of driving on-time delivery, schedule attainment, and inventory accuracy.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
