As a HVAC Project Coordinator, you will ensure store locations' HVAC systems are maintained in a way that positively represents our brand and keeps facilities safe for team members and customers. Responsibilities include addressing HVAC repairs, emergencies, replacements, and overseeing projects, including capital expense improvements. Requests for repairs will be received via phone, email, and the Maintenance and Repair System (MARS). Success in this role positively impacts customer experience, team member morale, and store profitability.
What you’ll do:
Initiate, oversee, and execute facility HVAC repairs in a cost effective and timely manner.
Provides cost analysis per project, defines scope of works and repairs, responsible for all internal and external communication
Process the service request to determine responsibility of repair by review of leases, exhibits and warranty timelines within Lucernex/MARS in order to delegate to appropriate party
Generate work order to approved vendor; outlined scope of work, completion date, and setting “Not To Exceed” pricing
Responsible for project closeout, invoice received verification, invoice sign off and approval.
All other duties as assigned
Experience we look for:
2+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, HVAC, emergency management electrical or related trades experience
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to multi-task
Experience working with Microsoft Office
