Every dayĀ you willĀ operateĀ a variety of filling line equipment, measure and convert material quantities, train new employees, and jump inĀ on lineĀ feeding or casing whenever needed.Ā YouāllĀ troubleshoot issues, request maintenance support,Ā trackĀ inventory, and prepare production reports that keep the team aligned. We work together, we stay proactive, and we ensure the line never misses a beat! High School diploma or equivalent isĀ required.Ā
Dedicated individual to lead theĀ filling line, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production throughout each shift.Ā Ā
Support forĀ team membersĀ by providingĀ clearĀ instructionsĀ on proper work methods, safety protocols, andĀ highāqualityĀ production standards.Ā
Skilled operatorsĀ who canĀ handle filling line equipmentĀ -Ā labelers, bailers, fillers, forklifts, and automated controlĀ systemsĀ with accuracy and professionalism.Ā
Train new employees, overseeĀ lineāfeedingĀ activities, and ensure allĀ pre-productionĀ andĀ ināprocessĀ work meets safety and quality expectations.Ā
DetailādrivenĀ performers who keep production flowing byĀ maintainingĀ equipment, tracking inventory, and deliveringĀ accurateĀ reportsĀ on lineĀ output and performance.Ā
Responsibilities involve lifting products up to 75Ā lbs, several times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.Ā

Here is What We Offer You:Ā Ā
LeadĀ MachineĀ Operator startsĀ atĀ $22.00/hrĀ Team members will receive a $0.50/hrĀ increaseĀ atĀ 6 months of employment and another $0.50/hrĀ increaseĀ atĀ one year of employment.Ā Ā
Any shift that startsĀ fromĀ 12 PM or later (off-shifts) also receives a $3/hrĀ shift differential.Ā
Quarterly and holiday bonuses are available.Ā Ā
Accrue 15 paid days of vacation time off the first year plus 5 days of sick time off.Ā
