CDL Driver

Pay Rage: $20-22/hour, depending on experience | Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start Time: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM | 10+ Hour Days | 50 hours a week

About the Role:

Waste Connections is looking to hire a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team in Heber Springs, AR.

In this role, you’ll operate an ASL (Automated Side Loader) truck, servicing customers by collecting solid waste and transporting it to a local transfer station or landfill. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate an ASL garbage truck on assigned residential or commercial routes

• Collect solid waste and transport loads to the designated disposal facility

• Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle

• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and teammates

• Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or B CDL

• Clean driving record

• 2+ years of CDL driving experience

• ASL, sideload or frontload experience a plus
