Preschool Paraprofessional


Are you passionate about working with children and eager to make a meaningful difference in their lives? We are seeking dedicated Preschool Paraprofessionals to join our team and support the development and well-being of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive every day. Scheduled hours may vary and can fall anytime between 7:15am-5:30pm.


Key Responsibilities:

- implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities

- Provide supervision and care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being

- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth

- Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members

- Support classroom management and organization


Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with young children preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in child development

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional early childhood education training is a plus

- Ability to pass background checks and meet health and safety requirements
