Spark Community is looking for caring, dependable Preschool Paraprofessionals to join our team!
Our paraprofessionals work with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, providing daily care, supervision, and support while helping children learn, grow, and develop important skills.
Whether you have experience working with children or are looking for an opportunity to start a meaningful career, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide supervision and care while maintaining a safe environment
- Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Assist children with daily routines and activities
- Help create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Work alongside teachers and other classroom staff
- Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and supervisors
- Assist with classroom organization and daily responsibilities
Schedule:
This is a Monday–Friday position. Scheduled hours may vary and can fall anytime between 7:15 AM–5:30 PM.

Requirements
- No experience required — training will be providedÂ
- High school diploma or GED required — copy must be providedÂ
- Must pass pre-employment drug screeningÂ
- Must pass all required background and maltreatment checksÂ
- Dependable and able to work scheduled hoursÂ
- Patient, caring, and comfortable working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged childrenÂ
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
