POSITION SUMMARY:
The Dish Machine Technician is responsible for refurbishing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial ware-washing, dishwashing, and dispensing equipment within a warehouse and refurbishment facility environment. This hands-on role involves working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components while operating in an industrial setting that includes tools, equipment, chemicals, and moving inventory.
The technician is expected to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all company safety policies and ISO standards; This position requires physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, refurbish, repair, and test commercial dish machines and dispensing equipment in the warehouse
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and document service findings in maintenance logs and tracking systems
- Work within a warehouse and shop environment using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and repair machinery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, including proper handling and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials
- Assist with warehouse operations, including moving equipment, organizing inventory, stocking parts, and maintaining adequate supply levels
- Support facility upkeep through cleaning, equipment organization, and general maintenance activities
- Follow all ISO, safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and hazardous material handling procedures
- Assist with onboarding and training new technicians by sharing technical knowledge and troubleshooting support
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership based on operational needs

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, maintenance, refurbishment, or equipment repair preferred
- Experience working in a warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, or service repair environment preferred
- Comfortable working around chemicals, cleaning agents, and hazardous materials while following safety procedures
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred
- Ability to safely operate diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment involving chemicals, machinery, and moving equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, frequently lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physically demanding tasks including frequent standing, bending, lifting, carrying and moving equipment throughout the facility
