Traditions Golf Club, located just outside Cincinnati, Ohio, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Food and Beverage Servers. Traditions Golf Club opened in the Spring of 1992 with a mission to bring the time honored standards of the game and present golf as it should be. Responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Server at Traditions Golf Club include: Presents menus, answer questions, and makes menu recommendations Utilizes the point of sales system and places orders with the kitchen. Attends all applicable pre-meal meetings. Advises supervisor of any complaints. Responsible for cash handling and the accuracy of receipts at day’s end. Incorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standards. Completes side-work (delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris, etc). QualificationsRequired Skills Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state) Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to: Walk, sit, stand for long periods of time, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
