Position Summary: The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for leading distribution center operations with a primary focus on inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This role develops and implements strategies that strengthen inventory controls, improve warehouse efficiency, and ensure consistent execution of operational processes while meeting safety, quality, and service level expectations.

The Warehouse Operations Manager establishes performance metrics, analyzes operational data to identify improvement opportunities, and leads process optimization initiatives that enhance productivity, maximize storage capacity, and reduce operational waste. Working collaboratively with warehouse leadership, cross-functional teams, vendors, HR, and Finance, this position ensures accurate inventory transactions, effective cycle count programs, workforce development, and compliance with company standards. The role fosters a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable inventory integrity and scalable warehouse operations.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily/weekly/monthly distribution center operational needs and hold meetings with warehouse leads/material handlers as well as meetings with appropriate management to discuss/plan facility needs.
  • Set guidelines, metrics, goals and rules for team and facility to be executed by the supervisor and team leads.
  • Review and maintain productivity logs to ensure SLAs are being met. 
  •  Analyze data and design new/revised processes to further continuous improvements in all departments.
  • Ensure warehouse leads provide training to team as needed and work with HR to keep up with staffing needs and disciplinary actions for the facility.
  • Work with warehouse leads to ensure orientation and training of new employees, enforce safe work practices, and investigate workplace accidents to ensure all employees are working according to company standards.
  • Respond to various requests for information from external teams and vendors to gather and provide accurate information back to requestor in a timely manner.
  • Work with internal and external teams to investigate and report findings for vendor 
  • Maintain inventory controls by ensuring all inventory transactions are recorded and triggering necessary cycle counts.
  • Maintains quality of service by following organization standards, especially focused on INVENTORY ACCURACY.
  • Communicates with internal and external teams to obtain information necessary for the operation.
  • Provide analysis and planning to maximize capacity of storage and processing of inventory through the warehouse.
  • Analyze equipment needs and communicate to management.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices in a timely manner for Finance team.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years’ experience as Warehouse Supervisor
  • Proven experience maintaining inventory accuracy by way of process adherence and continuous improvement.
  • Direct to consumer order fulfillment experience is preferred.
  • Textile/Fashion/Print On Demand Experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Experience with WMS & RF tools REQUIRED.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus. D365 preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances in the work environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of team leadership and inventory accuracy.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
  • Willingness to become formally trained to train our employees on material handling equipment as needed and in compliance with business standards

1st Shift, Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
