What you’ll do:

Coordinate daily shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment activities to ensure products are processed accurately, safely, and on time. You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, freight companies, and customers to keep orders moving and resolve issues.

•    Coordinate orders with the Shipping and Picking team 

•    Review shipping paperwork and select the proper shipping methods 

•    Investigate shipping claims and inventory discrepancies 

•    Provide backup support, as needed, to monitor inventory levels, complete cycle counts, and track department KPIs.

•    Provide backup support, as needed, to manage customer sample requests and maintain the sample area.

•    Runs inventory analysis and works with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure optimal inventory levels.

•    Physically verifies stock/cycle counts.

•    Track and present KPI measurements for the Shipping Department.

•    Support safety, continuous improvement, and waste-reduction efforts 

•    Assist with inventory counts and other department projects as needed

•    You are organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

•    You have strong attention to detail and take pride in accuracy.

•    You are a clear communicator and work well with employees, customers, suppliers, and freight partners.

•    You are comfortable reviewing shipping documents, inventory information, and department reports.

•    You are proactive and able to identify and resolve shipping or inventory issues.

•    You are dependable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed.

What you have:

•    High school diploma or equivalent

•    Three or more years of experience in shipping, inventory control, warehousing, or a related field

•    Experience coordinating orders and working with shipping and picking teams

•    Knowledge of shipping documents, freight requirements, and inventory processes

•    Experience using SAP or another inventory management system preferred

•    Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel

•    Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines

•    Flexibility to adjust your schedule based on business needs
