To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Participate in the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu according to each child’s treatment plan and agency philosophy.  
  • Serves as the primary liaison for families, addressing concerns and resolving issues throughout the treatment process. 
  • Leads and coordinates aspects of the treatment process, including referrals, assessments, intakes, admissions, and discharges. 
  • Provides guidance and support to families, including referrals to parent education and training resources
  • Willingness to be on call as needed. 
  • Ability to work unconventional hours outside of M-F 9-5.

Qualifications:  


Required    

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or comparable human services field and four or more years in relevant experience OR an advanced degree in social work or comparable human services field and two years relevant experience. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
  • 19 years or older
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass a Background check prior to start date

Experience as a supervisor a plus.
