To be successful in this role, you will: 

  • Designs and implements group and individualized instruction in compliance with agency, State and Federal Guidelines.
  • Implements lessons and hands-on activities through a variety of materials and resources.
  • Establishes classroom schedules and routines designed to improve self-esteem, learning potential and relational development.
  • Administers and evaluates assessments to identify learning needs to improve educational achievement and instruction.
  • Design, implement and manage the Individualized Education Plan using the Montana electronic system, Infinite Campus (AIM).
  • Implement the Individual Education Plan for out-of-state students in accordance with master contracts and individual services agreements.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
    • Endorsement or Degree in Special Education - though all teachers are encouraged to apply!
  • Ability to obtain a Montana Teaching Certificate 
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass a Background check prior to start date
