To flourish in this role, you will:Â
Employee onboarding — Support coordinating new-hire orientation, documentation, and integration into the organization.
Recruitment support — Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication.
HR compliance — Support in maintaining accurate records, ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws, and support audits.
Employee relations — Support the HR Director in staff conflict resolution, performance documentation, and workplace culture initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience or HR experienceÂ
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license required.
